Starseed has a wide variety of medical cannabis available for consumption, and it ranges in price from dried cannabis to cannabis oil, depending on the strain that is right for you.

Starseed offers several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and pre-paid credit cards. Eligible patients can also order Starseed products which are covered by employee benefit insurance plans.

Yes.

We must speak with the cardholder to ensure they consent to the charge of their credit card, and receive the proper billing information from that person.

Yes, if your medical benefits plan covers cannabis, Starseed products could qualify.

Yes.

You may claim your sales receipts from your medical cannabis on your income taxes, under Line 330 – Medical expenses for self, spouse or common-law partner, and your dependent children younger than 18 years of age.

You can order through our online shop 24/7, or place your order by phone at 1-844-756-7333. Our Client Care Team is available to take your order during the following hours:

Monday – Friday:
8:00am – 8:30pm EST
Saturday and Sunday:
9:00am – 5:00pm EST

You may order as often as your Medical Document will allow. Under Health Canada regulations, Starseed operates on a rolling, 30-day cycle. This means that you can order your daily amount of recommended medical cannabis, multiplied by 30, each cycle. For example, if you have a recommendation for 1g of medical cannabis per day, you can either order 30g of medical cannabis in one order, or split it into two (2) 15g orders.

NOTE: Starseed is only able to ship medical cannabis on business days. As such, the first day in your 30-day cycle is always the date that the order was shipped, not necessarily the date that the payment was processed or your order was placed.

For example, if your cycle resets on a Saturday, you may place your order that day. However, the package would not leave our facility until Monday. Therefore, your cycle would not reset until 30 days after the day your order left our facility.

Shipping

Shipping fees vary by product and/or destination. You will be advised of your shipping charges when you order. Sales tax is charged per the province or territory to which the item is being shipped.

You can also upgrade to Purolator for an additional fee based on shipping address.

Please note that by Health Canada regulations, Starseed only ships within Canada.

Starseed offers Same Day Shipping through PatientDirect for patients with a mailing address in the Greater Toronto Area (qualifying patients will see this option in the checkout). We also deliver via Canada Post or Purolator. You can choose your delivery method on the checkout page when completing your order.
If you qualify for same/next day shipping and choose “PatientDirect” as your delivery option, you will receive all orders made before 3pm on the same day (Monday to Friday only).

Through Canada Post or Purolator, depending on your location, it may take up to 5-7 business days to receive your order.  Our clients in the GTA will generally receive their order within 1 to 3 business days, as they are positioned closest to our cultivation and production facilities.

At this time, Starseed does not have a retail location where clients may pick up their product.

Starseed does not accept returned product. The only exception is if a product has been sent in error (i.e. the wrong strain), in which case we will issue a refund if the product has been returned unopened, and authorized by our client service team.

If you are not home, anyone over the age of 18 can sign for the package.  With Canada Post Express shipments, if there is no one home at the time of delivery, they will take your package to the local Canada Post office, for you to pick it up there.

For any Purolator orders, if you and/or no one is home, they will take it to the Purolator depot nearest your location. Please ensure to check with your local Purolator depot to see where the closest location is, or call us to find out at 1-844-756-7333.

With PatientDirect, you must be home on the evening of your order, show Government issued ID and sign for your package to receive it.
